A new consultancy organisation with high standards, real values and a belief in the power of people – a little different to the norm we believe!

We have genuine, hands-on experience of working in technology, operational service and call centres as well as a background in strategy and complex project management. We are NOT in the business of selling bright and shining stars with no experience of having travelled the universe – we are in the business of selling bright and shining stars with craters of experience and life in general!

We believe that it is these direct service staff that add true value and our work is largely in ensuring that everyone throughout the business knows just how crucial the customer service agents/representatives are and how their roles are of strategic significance.
